生字、學生姓名及已儲存練習紙預設只保存在你的瀏覽器或 iOS 裝置。字格不設用戶帳戶，也不會利用這些資料作廣告或追蹤。

私隱政策
PixelNano 重視你的私隱。本政策說明字格網站及 iOS App 如何處理練習紙、短連結及意見電郵資料。
分享短連結
只有當你主動選擇分享時，字格才會把練習紙的生字、標題、版面設定及語言傳送至我們的伺服器，建立短連結。學生姓名不會包含在分享資料內。短連結及其練習紙資料會在建立後 90 日失效，並由系統自動刪除。
意見及客戶支援
iOS App 只會在你按下傳送後開啟你的電郵 App。當你選擇寄出電郵，我們會收到你提供的電郵地址、主旨及內容，並只用於回覆意見或提供支援。支援記錄只會保留至處理相關事項所需的時間。
服務供應商及技術記錄
字格使用 Google Firebase Hosting、Cloud Run functions 及 Firestore 提供網站和短連結功能。供應商可能為安全、可靠性及故障排查而暫時處理 IP 位址及技術記錄。我們不會出售資料，也不會將資料用於跨 App 或網站追蹤。
兒童私隱
字格供家長、老師及學生製作練習紙，但不要求兒童建立帳戶或提供聯絡資料。請勿在練習紙標題或分享內容中輸入不必要的個人資料。
你的選擇
你可以在裝置上刪除已儲存的練習紙。分享短連結會在 90 日後自動失效。如需提前移除分享資料或查詢本政策，請電郵 emlai@pixelnano.com。
粵語語音播放器
只有當你開啟「聽讀音」時，所選字詞及粵拼會傳送至 cantonesepinyin.com，讓第三方播放器提供發音。學生姓名及練習紙標題不會包含在播放器請求內。

Worksheet text, student names, and saved worksheets remain on your device by default. When you explicitly create a share link, worksheet characters, title, layout settings, and language are stored for up to 90 days; student names are excluded. Opening Pronunciation sends the selected word and Jyutping to cantonesepinyin.com to load its audio player; student names and worksheet titles are excluded. Zigaak does not sell data or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking. Feedback is sent only through your email app after you choose to send it.
